Is going to the dentist your favorite thing on the planet? Okay, that's not surprising. It's not mine either. So why make it harder than it has to be? There’s a crack team of dental experts at Dentists of Greenwood, led by Dr. Neubauer, Marta, and Julissa. Dr. Neubauer has a kind demeanor. She’s also both educational and talented, making the experience interactive and comfortable. You never feel judged—just encouraged to talk about how you can take better care of your teeth in a collaborative way, which also helps prevent future issues. She's shown me that procedures I've had in the past can be done better—with more information and a soft touch. You're in great hands with Marta when it comes to the logistics of setting up appointments or even handling more complex issues like billing and insurance. She’s an expert at making you feel welcome and supported while clearly explaining your options—both financially and procedurally—something I've found isn't always the case elsewhere. It's a pleasure to work with her. We always share a good laugh—even before a procedure—which helps put anyone at ease. You’ll also be lucky enough to see Julissa on many of your visits. I would recommend anyone trust their periodic dental needs to her. Honestly, she’s highly experienced and can also help with any extra needs or follow-ups at the end of your visit. She talks to you about your current regimen and can both consult and empathize with people on an individual level. For certain, she has a natural ability to make you feel safe and comfortable in her hands, which is always pleasant and relieving. Your mouth may be open wide when you see the dentist—but that doesn't mean the experience has to be painful. Rest assured, you’re dealing with a great team here. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
